Optimum fermentation temperature 22-27C. 6kg of sugar in 2 days gives 15% | 7kg of sugar in 3 days gives 17% | 8kg of sugar in 5 days gives 19% | 9kg of sugar in 8-9 days gives 21%.

Turbo48 Extra Pure Mash Yeast is crafted for a clean, fast, and powerful fermentation process, producing high alcohol levels in a short time. This premium yeast is paired with medium-toasted French oak chips to deliver rich, layered flavors in the final spirit.

Fermentation Instructions:
Dissolve the desired amount of sugar in warm water.
Pour into a fermenter and add hot water to reach 25 liters.
When the temperature is 2030C, add the entire yeast packet and stir thoroughly.

Fermentation Rates:
6 kg sugar 15% ABV in 2 days
7 kg sugar 17% ABV in 3 days
8 kg sugar 19% ABV in 5 days
9 kg sugar 21% ABV in 89 days
Optimal Fermentation Temperature: 2227C
