Carley's a delicious intensely flavoured raw tahini spread made with calcium rich whole sesame seeds from a fantastic organisation in Ethiopia called select hulling. The seeds once they arrive with us are finely milled to a smooth spread with cold pressed fair trade sesame oil. The sesame flavour is very strong, if you are a fan of halva youll love this.
