  • It has a bitter sweet refreshing taste and aroma, making it a lovely and highly enjoyable beverage. It offers a flowery aroma, a light sweet taste and results in a pale brew. This tea can be better appreciated if blended with other teas.
  • Perfect to drink hot or iced. Great to make chrysanthemum iced tea in summer, refreshing and healthy.
  • They are also perfect to use as plant toner for soap making supplies to make bath bombs and soap making.
  • If serving the tea cold: Allow the tea to cool completely. Then strain out the flowers and chill the tea through in the refrigerator prior to serving. Keep in mind that if you are making cold chrysanthemum tea, you may need to add more rock sugar syrup.
  • If serving the tea hot: Serve the tea immediately. You can add more hot water to the tea pot as you drink the tea, but each subsequent batch of tea will be less flavorful.
