Instruction:
1. Open the water inlet of the gel pack and add some water as needed.
2. Release excess air from the gel pack and then gently squeeze the seal to close it.
3. After a few seconds, electricity and water react and turn into gel. The gel will notout of the water inlet, but do not press or squeeze it too hard or come into contact withobjects.
4. Place this product in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours until it freezes into a lump, then remove to use.
5. During use, the gel packs gradually thaw and eventually return to gel form. You can put them back in the refrigerator for next use.
