- Penne a Candela are a tasty variant of the classic Penne Lisce, especially popular in southern Italy.
- They are characterised by a much larger thickness and a much larger diameter (the candles they have their name) and, thanks to their size, can better hold the spices.
- The lack of scratches is balanced out by a surprising softness that gives the palate sublime sensations. Delicate and refined, they highlight aromas, flavours and fragrances.
- Penne a Candela is particularly suitable for the preparation of baked pies, but can also be used for excellent dry noodles seasoned with meat or vegetable sauces on tomato-based and with the addition of peppers, courgettes, aubergines, olives and capers.
- Available in 500g packs.
