The thicker wafer paper, known as wafer card can be used for stand up cakes toppers unsurprisingly because of its ability to stand up when inserted into a cupcake / cake. They are great for parties and putting on cupcakes or for individual shapes such as flowers and butterflies. Wafer paper is quicker to apply as it doesnt have a backing sheet. You just cut out your image/s (if needed) using sharp scissors or a craft knife and put onto your cake.

Citric Acid E330 Preservative : Propandiol E1520 Red ink Water, Glycerol E422, Azorubine E122 (2.2%), Ponceau Red E124, Citric Acid E330 Preservative: Propandiol E1520 Yellow ink Water, Glycerol E422, Tartazine E102 (1.5%), Citric Acid E330 Preservative : Propandiol E1520.

Wafer Paper Potato Starch, Water, Vegetable Oil.

Directions

Place the toppers on moist but not wet icing. Ligher coloured icing or buttercream is preferrable for wafer toppers.
