Directions

Unfasten the wings from the pad, position it correctly within your underwear, and fasten the wings to ensure a secure fit. Change the pad every 3-4 hours or as needed, and dispose of it in a sanitary bin or wrapped securely in toilet paper and placed in the regular trash.
