Dried Green Peas (slightly smaller than Marofat Peas but just as tasty) Make great mushy peas but are also great for dips, salads and even crunchy snacks. They pair very well with wasabi or horseradish. Cooking instructions: Add 1kg of peas to 3.5 litres of water, 2 tablespoons of bicarb soda and soak for up to 12 hours. Drain the peas to wash off the bicarb and boil and simmer until soft and mushy. You can add green pea steeping tablets for a greener finish, salt and sugar to taste.
