Instructions:
1. Put the teether into a cup of boiling water for about 1-2 minutes. This will make it more flexible and ready to fit your existing teeth.
2. After the teether is clean and soft, you can use a spoon or fork to pull the teeth out. If you find that the adhesive layer on the veneer is not soft, we recommend that you reheat the water and replace the water to ensure that it softens.
3: Press the tooth veneer tightly on the top tooth. Hold it in place with your tongue, and then use your thumb and index finger (both hands) to press the shield firmly into your teeth to adjust.
4: Before over-cooling, please work quickly until you get a perfect feeling, if not suitable, please repeat the above steps.
