Preparation and Usage:
For use with all food stuffs up to 200C except beverages with greater than 50% alcohol. Place meat into the bag with seasoning, if required. Place into an oven/microwave dish and carefully cut the top corner of the bag with scissors. Place bag in to the middle of the oven/microwave, ensuring that the bag does not come into contact with the oven heating element and cook for the required time. When cooked, leave to stand for 5 minutes before carefully cutting the bag open & serving. Please note, we recommend that you follow the cooking instructions printed on the foods packaging. Using these bags will cook the food quicker by no more than 10%. These bags will keep your food moist and oven clean.
Safety Warnings:
Ensure that bag is not too big or too small for the food being cooked inside it. Do not let roasting bags touch any part of a conventional oven or combination microwave. Ensure that the temperature of the oven does not exceed 200C/400F/Gas Mark 6. Not suitable for use in the oven or microwave when combined grill is on.
