Clients prefer them to rice paper as the colours are more vibrant and the picture quality is sharper. Icing sheets also blend into the iced surface of the cake, giving a more professional appearance. Iced sheets are suitable for placing on butter cream, chocolate, royal/glazed icing, fondant, marzipan and whipped cream. Icing sheets can be cut to desired shapes and sizes using a craft knife.

Directions

Remove your topper from the sealed bag and cut out the design if appropriate. Then remove the plastic backing. Do this by placing the topper face down on a clean, dry and flat surface. Then peel the plastic from the icing (as opposed to peeling the icing from the plastic).The plastic should peel away easily. If it doesnt, stop and read further instructions below.
