Wafer Paper (also known as rice paper) The main thing you need to know about rice paper is that the picture quality will not be as good as an iced sheet. This makes it less suitable for high detailed images and photographs. They are great for parties and putting on cupcakes or for individual shapes such as flowers and butterflies. Wafer paper is quicker to apply as it doesnt have a backing sheet. You just cut out your image/s (if needed) using sharp scissors or a craft knife and put onto your cake.

Citric Acid E330 Preservative : Propandiol E1520 Red ink Water, Glycerol E422, Azorubine E122 (2.2%), Ponceau Red E124, Citric Acid E330 Preservative: Propandiol E1520 Yellow ink Water, Glycerol E422, Tartazine E102 (1.5%), Citric Acid E330 Preservative : Propandiol E1520.

Wafer Paper Potato Starch, Water, Vegetable Oil.

Directions

Place the toppers on moist but not wet icing. Ligher coloured icing or buttercream is preferrable for wafer toppers.
