A pack of 3 pads to get you started with reusable pads. These are the Slim Mega pads, which are suitable for all day dribbles with 3-4 small gushes. If used for weak bladder, they will cope well with the kind of larger leaks you might get just before reaching the toilet. Also suitable for Perimenopausal menstrual flooding and post partum bleeding. Like all our pads, the Slim Megas are made from lovely soft organic cotton velour on top, they contain layers of thick organic cotton fleece inside, as well as a breathable layer of waterproof PUL, and the backing is a luxury organic cotton jersey. With two sets of poppers, you can choose a regular or tighter width fitting,. Very comfortable to wear, amazingly slimline, not showing through even tight trousers. Leakproof and beautiful.
