5x Mangrove Jacks Mead M05 - Craft Series Yeast 10g treats 23L / 5 GallonsA high ester-producing strain conferring fresh, floral esters, especially when fermented cool.
This yeast has high alcohol tolerance and ferments well over a wide temperature range.Meads fermented with this strain will finish dry and be relatively full-bodied with good complexity and a fresh, floral character.
High alcohol tolerance up to 18% ABV.
For higher alcohol meads, ferment cooler; below 77F (25C).Suitable for Mead and Country Wines.Attenuation: Very High
