Always Maxi Pads come in a range of sizes fit your flow and size perfectly depending on your needs. If you have a light flow or need a teen-sized pad, then we would recommend using our Always Maxi Pad size 1 to 3. If you have a heavy flow or want overnight protection, then we recommend using our size 4 or 5 Always Maxi Pad. Whether you have a heavy flow or a light one, Always has you covered. Directions

1. Position the pad with the adhesive strip at the crotch of your underwear, with the wings on the underside. 2. Press the pad firmly in place. 3. Remove and dispose of the pad after use, preferably wrapping it in tissue before throwing it in the trash. 4. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed, not to exceed 8 hours of wear.

Safety Warning

To prevent Toxic Shock Syndrome, do not use for longer than recommended. Always remove and dispose of used pads properly. Ensure proper placement and secure fit to prevent leakage.
