Amisa Organic Gluten Free 4-Grain Porridge contains a tasty blend of wholegrain rolled oats, millet, buckwheat and puffed amaranth. This warming and nutritious breakfast is east and quick to prepare. Delicious served topped with honey, jam or stewed fruits. Domesticated oats were grown in Bronze Age Europe as they tolerate the cool wetter summers, Millet is thought to have originated in North Africa, Amaranth was a staple food of the Aztecs and has been cultivated in Southern America for over 8000 years, and Buckwheat is a nutritious grain which is gaining popularity in Europe. All of these grains have been blended together to create a delicious gluten free breakfast cereal.
