rice vinegar (100%). 5.5% acidity 5.5%.

Directions

Use as an acidic ingredient in recipes or for pickling. For pickling, mix 1 part vinegar with 3 parts water and add salt and sugar to taste. Always dilute vinegar before using it on skin or clothes to avoid irritation. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
