Aspall organic white wine vinegar for dressings, sauces and marinades. Suitable for coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans. Aspall classic white wine vinegar is produced from the wine of specially selected white grapes from Spain which give a clean, crisp flavour and a deliciously refreshing fruit aroma. Reminiscent in colour to a good white wine, this vinegar makes it perfect for use in sauces such as hollandaise.

Directions

Put a few drops of Aspall White Wine Vinegar in the water, when poaching eggs. Melt 110g of butter, after it foams and turns brown turn off the heat, add 1tbsp of Organic White Wine Vinegar. Add capers, serve with white fish.
