Product Description

Based on a treasured old village recipe from Cullen ten miles from our home we remain loyal to our roots by ensuring that all the ingredients are sourced from the best local suppliers. The finest smoked haddock is specially selected from a traditional smokehouse and combined with potatoes, onions and fresh double cream to make this special soup. To avoid local rivalry we don't dwell on the improvements Baxters made to the recipe.

Ingredients

Water, Potatoes (18%), Smoked Haddock (17%), Onions (7%), Double Cream (5%), Skimmed Milk Powder, Modified Cornflour, Salt, Butterfat, Wheatflour, Stabiliser (Polyphosphates), Parsley, Black Pepper, Spice Extracts.

Directions

We suggest nothing more than a simple sprinkling of cracked black pepper for our Cullen Skink soup.
