Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 85%, (Wine Vinegar*, Cooked Grape Must*)*SULPHITES. Water, Thickener: Modified Corn Starch, Firming Agent: Calcium Chloride and Gelling Agent: Sodium Alginate.
