Grown in the heart of the forests of the Landes in South West France, Quail have been reared by Caillor S.A. for over 30 years. Today Caillor S.A. is the largest producer of Quail in Europe producing over 25 million Quail and 80 million Quail eggs per year. These eggs have been cooked and peeled by Caillor for Bespoke Foods, and to save you the time and hassle.
