Description
- Mushroom Cacao - A Mushroom blend for CALM with Reishi, Tremella, Ashwagandha & Raw Cacao. Perfect just before bed
- Raw Cacao is thought to aid with promoting happy chemicals and promoting a sense of wellbeing over the long term. Ashwagandha is traditionally used to promote restful deep sleep and reduce stress.
- Reishi mushrooms are thought to promote a sense of calm. Tremella, also known as the beauty mushroom, is thought to be rich in antioxidants that may delay premature aging. I use high quality mushroom powders with a high polysacchride content made purely from fruiting body of the mushrooms and not mycelium which cheaper products may use.
- This raw cacao mushroom blend has a chocolatey taste with a earthy savoury taste from the mushrooms. The ashwagandha has a bitter earthy taste. Prepare it as per the instructions below and add some sweetener to counter the savoury taste. There is no added sugar/dairy in this pure blend of natural goodness.
- To prepare, add 1/2 tsp to a cup of milk and heat in the microwave until hot. Alternatively, add to your pan and cook on the stove top. Add sweetener if you like for a yummy hot chocolate :)
- Comes packaged in a 100g zip lock resealable bag. This will keep your blend fresh for longer and away from any insects.
- Store this powder in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This tea comes in a resealable air-tight bag.
