A classic danish mustard. The recipe originates from when the first hot dog vans were introduced in the early 1920s. Strk sennep is a hot mustard with a serious bite. It is very versatile - especially nice with smoked pork sausages but we think it is a great all rounder.

Ingredients

Water, vinegar, 19% ground MUSTARD, salt, sugar, spices (turmeric), acidity regulator (E330) pH below 4.5.

Directions

Stir into vinaigrettes, slather on a sausage in a bun, or mix into a creamy egg salad for a subtle mustardy zing.
