Rich in omega-3 fatty acids. Thanks to our 3D filtration process, bitterness is naturally removed from the oil. Mild-nutty in taste, it goes perfectly with quark. Under protective atmosphere, nitrogen is filled into a sun protection bottle. Processing/preparation: the oil is best enjoyed on quark with jacket potatoes and on delicate vegetables.
