Cooked rice 50% (water, rice, sunflower oil, flavourings, salt), coconut milk 24% (water, coconut cream 2.5%, soya bean, sugar, fructose, acidity regulators (potassium phosphates, calcium carbonates), sea salt, flavouring, stabiliser gellan gum), chicken 14%, green peppers, water, courgettes, sunflower oil, green curry paste 1.2% (green chilli, shallots, lemongrass, salt, garlic, galangal, kaffir lime zest, cumin powder, coriander seed, turmeric), onion, fish sauce (anchovies (fish), salt, sugar), sugar, lemon juice, lemon flavouring, thickener xanthan gum, garlic powder, cumin powder, onion powder, coriander, ginger.

Directions

All our meal's can be boiled in the pack or microwaved. Heating methods The meals are fully cooked in the packaging so in fact they can be eaten cold straight from the pack. Please see back of pack for full heating instructions. However the packaging and the way the meals are sealed means we can offer you a choice of heating methods.
