Sunflower oil (65%, origin EU), black garlic paste (15%, origin Spain), water, powder, olive oil, yolk powder, salt, lemon juice, fresh purple garlic (0.7g), colourant E-153, citric acid, preservative E-202, aroma, stabilizer: xanthan gum; and, antioxidants E-304/E-306.
