Description

• A blend of traditional herbs and spices to add an excellent flavour of your black pudding
• Mince 330g fat and/or suet.
• Add 25g Black Pudding Seasoning and mix thoroughly.
• Add 360g Hot water and mix to slurry.
• Let stand until cool. (This allows the mix to firm up for ease of filling).
• Fill into Tongmaster Black Pudding Casings
• Cooking: Immerse in boiling water and cook at 80C for approximately 50-60 minutes
