Product description

White corn tortilla chips with our creamy jalapeo and fresh herb seasoning. We use the ancient Aztec cooking method known as nixtamalisation. Each batch takes three days, producing a truly authentic texture and flavour. The Jalapeo chilli is said to originate from Veracruz, a state on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico known for its luscious jungles and stunning waterfalls. Inspired by this little chilli and the wonderful food of Veracruz, we created these tortilla chips, wonderfully creamy and with a tingling warmth and subtle tang.

Non-GMO White Corn (89%), Rice Flour, Salt, Sunflower Oil, Spices (Jalapeno Pepper (1%), Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper), Onion Powder, Acids (Citric Acid, Lactic Acid), Garlic Powder, Dried Parsley, Yeast Extraction, Flavouring.
