Each pack contains loose powder mix, in perfect proportions, of the two strains required to make Bulgarian yogurt lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus. Directions

To use the yogurt starter, follow these steps: 1. Heat milk to 185-200F (85-93C). 2. Let the milk cool down to 110-115F (43-46C). 3. Mix the yogurt starter powder with a small amount of the cooled milk. 4. Combine the starter mixture with the rest of the cooled milk. 5. Pour the mixture into a container with a lid. 6. Keep the container at a temperature of 105-110F (40-43C) for 4-12 hours. 7. After the incubation period, refrigerate the yogurt. 8. Save some of the finished yogurt to use as a starter for your next batch.

Safety Warning
