Product description

Fleur de Sel from Brittany for refining fish seafood, grilled dishes, vegetables, salad, terrines and pies or pure and simple for aperitif: olive oil, crispy fleur de sel and baguette! The "flower of salt" consists of fine crystals obtained in the salt gardens of the French Gurande. Skimmed and harvested by the experienced salt gardeners from the water surface of the shallow pools, the precious sea salt remains "natural" and is not treated - therefore it is slightly moist, but contains many valuable ingredients such as calcium and magnesium. The Gurande Saline is located on the southern Breton coast, where sea salt has always been produced. Since 2012, the salt has been protected from there and hides its excellent quality with the IGP seal (Indication Gographique Protge). Wonderfully aromatic and crunchy, it is the best finish on anything.
