Product Description

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan. 2. Add 75g Arborio rice and stir continuously until the grains are coated in oil for about 2 minutes. 3. Add a ladle of hot stock and stir until fully absorbed. 4. When the rice appears almost dry, add more stock and repeat for approximately 30 mins until the rice is tender and firm to the bite. 5. Remove from the heat and serve. Important: Do not reheat.
