This star product is made according to the traditional "Criaderas & Solera" method. In addition, CAPIRETE is a member of the Regulatory Council of the Protected Designation of Origin "Vinagre de Jerez", considered as the only entity that certifies the authenticity of these vinegars. We present you the product GRAN CAPIRETE 20, a Sherry Vinegar Reserve (Aging: 20 years old) from Spain. It is a special liquid that is aged in American oak. It is one of the most popular products from CAPIRETE.
