Description

• A combination of spices such as marjoram & turmeric perfect for achieving an authentic Caribbean curry taste.
• This seasoning can also be used in meat rubs, soups & other dishes!
• Add 500g boneless chicken thighs to a bowl with 200ml coconut cream and 30g caribbean seasoning, mix well and marinate for at least 2 hours.
• Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the bottom of a roasting tray, arrange the chicken on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes
• .Add the chopped mango to the dish and bake for a further 5-10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
• Serve alongside rice and salad.
