Description

• A chana masala is a warm Indian curry dish traditionally made using chickpeas - this seasoning creates the perfect chana masala taste.
• This seasoning can be used in any curry & is also great for use in meat rubs & sauces.
• Heat oil in a pan, add onions, garlic and chillies, cook until soft.
• Add the chana masala seasoning and cook for a further 2 minutes or until fragrant, add tomato puree and mix well.
• Add chickpeas, chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt and simmer unovered for 15-20 minutes.
• Season to taste with salt & pepper, serve with fresh coriander.
