- Serving Size :2-4 Persons
- INGREDIENTS: Curd, Sunflower Oil, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Salt, Red Chili Powder, Biryani Masala, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove, Green Chili, Turmeric Powder
- -Prepare your fresh ingredients (Veg or Non Veg) as per your choice (Sauted, Deep Fried, Roasted or boiled) -Tear the pouch and put the gravy in a Pre-heated pan. -Add your choice of fresh ingredients and let it simmer for 5- 10 minutes. -Add Cooked Basmati rice in this gravy.
- Chefs Tip: For Dum Biryani, take half cooked rice and spread layer of gravy over rice and seal the pot with little water and cook for 15 minute in simmer heat. Addition of chopped mint and coriander leaves enhances the flavor.
