INGREDIENTS whole grain oatmeal * (gluten-free), oat bran * (gluten-free), chocolate chips * (8%) (raw cane sugar *, cocoa mass *, cocoa butter *, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin *), dried banana pieces * (8% ), pieces of cocoa beans *, cocoa powder * (* certified organic ingredient)

PREPARATION METHOD (warm): 50 g porridge pour 180 ml of water / milk or vegetable drink, cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. (cold): 50 g of porridge pour 150 ml of liquid, leave in the fridge for 8-10 hours, serve with fruit.
