A more unusual flavour of jam, but still absolutely delicious and the favourite of one of our three young boys. The green gooseberries turn a luscious deep red colour during cooking and make a tart yet full-flavoured jam. Add a little to your gravy for a delicious complement to roasted chicken or pork.

Ingredients

Sugar, gooseberries, gelling agent: fruit pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid. Prepared with 50g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 63g per 100g.
