Rice Mirin originates form Japan and is commonly combined with soy sauce and brown rice vinegar to make Teriyaki sauce. It provides sweetness without sugar for a range of savoury recipes. As you would expect from a Japanese ingredient it complements fish and stir-fries beautifully. Water, rice (35%), cultured rice, salt. Contains naturally occurring sugars.
