A Christmastime favorite in France, chestnut pure is made with just two simple ingredients (chestnuts and water) and is both gluten-free and all-natural. To make, add milk, stock, or water to achieve the appropriate consistency, then cook on low heat while adding seasoning when serving with game or fowl. ideal for vegetarians and vegans, and free of gluten
