Directions

Wind the floss around your middle fingers, leaving about 2 inches between your hands. Gently insert the floss between two teeth, curving it around the base of the tooth. Gently move the floss up and down against the side of each tooth, then curve it and repeat on the other side. Repeat this process for all teeth, using a new section of floss for each tooth.
