- The artisanal tunic roasting gives this coffee a very good homogeneity and a regular development which determines an intense body and excellent sweetness
- The extraction releases a persistent olfactory intensity with excellent finesse, while the golden/bronze creaminess is also of an excellent dense and tenacious texture
- Intense body that perfectly balances acidity and sweetness, persistent aftertaste with hints of caramelized citrus fruits and notes of ripe plums, a vein of dark cocoa and raisins on the finish
- The packaging in 250 g bags, the degassing valve for the gas outlet and the freshness-saving zip to close it, maintain the fragrance and aroma of the coffee up to the last cup
