Directions

To ensure you get the most out of this kit, please ensure you have a sausage stuffer or a mincer with sausage attachments so you can fill the sausage. All instructions and recipes will be provided with this kit.

When you receive the kit, please put the Bessastart Culture in the Freezer. It will be fine at room temperature for a few weeks but it should be stored in the freezer to ensure it works in the curing process.
