Borlotti beans packed in water with no salt or additives added. Borlotti beans have an earthy aroma and are excellent when cooked with aromatic herbs like rosemary, sage or basil, and make a great addition to tomato-based stews. Borlotti beans are a favourite in Italy where theyre used in pasta e fagioli (pasta with beans). They are also used in risotto, casseroles and soup and can be used in Mexican recipes such as refried beans. No salt added, No Firming Agents added

Ingredients

Borlotti beans (60%), water.

Directions

Soak beans overnight. Drain and rinse. Cook in boiling water for 45-60 minutes or until tender. Add to dishes like pasta e fagioli, risotto, casseroles, and soup. Store in a cool, dry place.
