Coronation Chicken, originally created to celebrate the Queen's Coronation, this dish has been a great British classic ever since and has become one of the most popular sandwich fillings on the high street eaten today, simply mix seasoning with pre-cooked chicken pieces, sultanas, diced apricots, sliced almonds, and mayonnaise to create a sandwich shop favourite, also use with Coronation inspired salads and dressing.

Ground Curry Blend (Turmeric, MUSTARD, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Fennel, Ginger, Cardamom, Chilli, Black Pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Cinnamon Spice Extract), Sugar, Natural Sea Salt, Garlic, Onion, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Dried Rubbed Parsley, Natural Flavouring.

Directions

To prepare Coronation Chicken, mix the seasoning with pre-cooked chicken pieces, sultanas, diced apricots, sliced almonds, and mayonnaise. This mixture can be used as a sandwich filling. Additionally, the seasoning can be used in Coronation-inspired salads and dressings.
