Ingredients

Maize, sugar, BARLEY malt extract, PEANUTS (6%), molasses, honey (1%), salt.

Directions

Pour 45g (about 3 level measures) into a bowl. Add 120ml (1/2 cup) of cold milk or a suitable alternative. Enjoy immediately.
