Gluten Free Cannoli Pistachio. Cannoli are the most well known of all Sicilian pastries Whereas conventional cannoli are made with fried pastry tubes, the Diforti Gluten Free Cannoli are made of an almond brittle. With a delicious pistachio filling and decorated with finely chopped pistachio, the gluten free cannoli are even more indulgent than the originals!
