Dymatize BCAA powder has a neutral taste and can be taken with water or a drink of your choice in the morning or before or after training. It contains a 2:1:1 ratio of these three essential amino acids plus vitamins B2 (Riboflavin) and B6. Vitamins B2 and B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue. One serving contains 2.2 g of the essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. It is vegan, gluten free and rich in vitamins B2 and B6.
