Ekstrms have sponsored Vasaloppet (An annual very long cross-country ski race) with this blueberry soup since 1958 and has thus become associated with winter sports. Enjoy hot on a winter's day from a thermos or your favourite mug it tastes almost as good inside or cold in summer.

Ingredients

water, sugar, blueberry, thickener (modified corn starch, guar gum), fibre from chicory root (inulin), acid (citric acid), vitamin C, aroma. Contains 8% blueberry and 8.5% added sugar.
