Our delicious lightly smoked wild boar and venison chorizos and salamis sticks are from the mountains of the Picos de Europa and are therefore full of mountain flavours; requiring only ambient storage.

Ingredients

Wild boar loin, pork loin, Iberico pork belly, salt, garlic, spices, milk, milk protein, moistening agent E420i, sugars, acidity regulator E575, flavour enhancer E621, soya protein, emulsifiers E450i, E452i, preservatives E250i, E252i and colorant E120. Allergy advice: contains milk and soya.
