Lemon condiment spray with Extra Virgin Olive Oil base and essential oils of Sicilian lemons. The fresh citrus traits of Sicilian lemons fuse with the fruity traits of cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, giving life to a symphony of tastes and aromas. Extra Virgin Olive Oil aromatized with essential oils from Sicilian lemons. This condiment is prepared with fine Extra Virgin Olive Oil and selected essential oils from Sicilian lemons without their acidic component. Lemon flavoured Sprayleggero is an extremely versatile condiment. It lets you have a kitchen companion always ready to help you to enrich every dish with the fragrance of fresh lemon without the acidic traits. This condiment is excellent in preparing delicious marinades for meat and fish degreasing the cooking of these foods. It is perfect for light salad dressing, regulated and tasty. It is an excellent substitute for vinegar. We recommend the use of this condiment on meat and fish carpaccio and for those who follow vegan diets to add flavour to soy hamburgers. Thanks to the "bag on valve" technology, the special Sprayleggero can allows a consumption reduction of about 90% (a 250ml can in fact equals about a 3-litre standard bottle of oil) and protects the contents from exposure to air and light for a long time. This enables all the fine properties of the condiment to be maintained unaltered and to be preserved as freshly pressed. Each second of spray emits 1,8 ml/1,7 g (15 Kcal) of product enough to season any dish.
